Andrea Gonzalez
General Director of Spainsif
An economist specialising in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, Andrea has spent much of her professional career in international organisations such as UN-OCHA, the WHO and the European Parliament.
She is a regular collaborator in higher education centres such as IE University and the Menéndez Pelayo International University, both as a lecturer and in management.
She is currently a member of the Spainsif team, Spanish Forum for Sustainable Finance and Investment, where she holds the position of Director and Secretary General. She has been part of the Board of Directors of Eurosif between 2020 and 2024 and is currently preparing an industrial doctorate with Santander Financial Institute (Sanfi) and the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) on impact investment oriented to institutional investors.
