Ángel de Cominges
Ángel Cominges is the president of Óptima Previsión S.L. and the Spanish Reverse Mortgage Council, as well as the head of the Reverse Mortgage Committee at the Spanish Institute of Actuaries. He holds a degree in Economics and Actuarial Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and has over 30 years of experience in retirement financial solutions. In 2005, he founded Óptima Mayores, a pioneering company in advising on real estate asset monetization for seniors in Spain, focusing on developing a safe and transparent reverse mortgage market.
Under his leadership, Óptima Mayores has advised over 52,000 seniors and formalized more than 1,400 reverse mortgages. Ángel has been recognized at the European level for his innovative work in developing financial products that enhance the quality of life for seniors, receiving awards such as the "21st Century Innovative Leaders" award. Personally, he is passionate about sailing, golf, and skydiving, as well as a devoted reader of classic literature and an enthusiast of classical and flamenco music.
