Dr. Ludger Gruber (1964): During his adolescence lived 6 years in Argentina and Venezuela, military career. Studied Ibero-Latin American history, economics, public law and philosophy in Bonn, Lyon, Madrid and Cologne, doctoral thesis on the development of parliamentarianism and political systems in Germany. Working at the KAS since 31 years in a dozen functions: Historian, political consultant, management functions (Personnel, Strategy and Planning, Organisational Developer), Deputy Head of the Political Education department and since June 2022 Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Spain and Portugal.
